strange occurancies

i woke up in the middle of the night the other day to find my nose leaking. at first i thought i might have a bloody nose because i'm so susceptible to them and it's been so dry in the bedroom even with the humidifier set on high. luckily it was not blood, but still it kind of freaked me out. it was not drippy, it was like someone turned my nose on.

so this past monday, i quit my job. well, i gave two week's notice, but saying i quit sounds way more dramatic. i was definitely freaking out, but those feelings were outweighed by my overall peace of mind. but then a couple of things that i wasn't expecting to happen, happened. this opportunity presented itself and it was a good one and now on tuesday i start my new job.

many of you will be happy to know that i'm back in the "industry."

Good luck with the new job.

I had a similar nasal experience in the museum shop at the New England Aquarium a couple of weeks ago. Everything tickedy boo then all of a sudden a mini Niagra of water, straight out the old right nostril. Then nothing- not a booger, not an itch, nothing. Very disturbing. I wonder if it is a build up of unspent tears stored in the sinuses? Completely bonkers theory, but I like it.

yes, i'm back in the free health insurance! and the normal vacation days! and back in the tickedy boo!

weasel, i like the upspent tears theory. but it doesn't work for me because of all the sports emotions i've been having of late.

breaker, breaker: i'm back in new media, only this time at the home of america's favorite color-coordinated, fake husband and wife duo!

oh and the word verification is a new thing as of today when i got my first spam comment.

yay for quitting! yay for new jobs! yay for dripping noses! wait, take that last one back. so maybe the dripping is BECAUSE of all of the sports emotions. maybe your tear ducts are overproducing, and all the extra had to go somewhere. yeah? maybe?
